No. GPSR is separately scoped and quoted. A PPWR EPR representative mandate concerns producer-responsibility duties; a GPSR responsible-person arrangement concerns applicable product-safety duties.

Assess the producer’s establishment, sales route, customer type and waste stream against the rules applying in Belgium. PPWR representation and existing national duties must be read together. A VAT registration is not the same as an establishment.

Their overseas status is only part of the assessment. The responsible producer, target country, product and sales route still matter. UK-specific or Northern Ireland arrangements may require an additional factual review.

Do not assume that it does. Identify the relevant producer and distinguish your product packaging from shipping packaging added by the fulfilment provider. Check the country and applicable stream.

They are separate streams. A product with a battery and packaging may trigger several obligations, each with its own classification, evidence and reporting route.

We quote after reviewing your countries, entity, products and data. Professional fees, contributions and other external costs are separated. Any estimate should state its assumptions and rate year.
