Packaging EPR and representation

Review the responsible producer and applicable national route. Scope packaging registration, any PPWR EPR mandate, declarations and evidence management before work starts. A mandate does not automatically cover every stream or country.

WEEE and batteries

These are assessed separately from packaging. Product classification, relevant registrations and reporting data must match the stream. Tell us whether batteries are sold separately or contained in devices.

Coverage across all 27 EU member states

We can scope a single-market engagement or a multi-country plan. Each country’s requirements and external contributions remain distinct. We are based in Belgium, with communication in English and Chinese.

GPSR is separately scoped and quoted

EPR services do not include GPSR product-safety or EU responsible-person work. A GPSR engagement needs its own product assessment and agreed responsibilities; it is not created by signing a PPWR EPR mandate.

What the proposal will clarify

The proposal sets out tasks, exclusions, your data responsibilities, professional fees, external contributions and timing dependencies. Applications, decisions and marketplace acceptance are controlled by the relevant organisation.
